As you can probably guess, the Dickerson Family is pretty excited about this! Casey "just happened" to be in Chicago for a work thing and snapped this picture from his cell phone. We're all very excited to POP the champagne and celebrate the THE NEW CHAMPS (after waiting our entire life) - - okay, I shouldn't even say that - - we Cub Fans really believe in curses!

Hi All!

Our trip to Peoria for Gay and Ernie's wedding was soooo much fun. Great times with great old friends. The wedding was simply beautiful. All of Bev and Gay's planning was perfect. I have many videos yet to post, but here are some pictures and my "personal favorite" video. . (scroll past pictures to view. This would be Sherman and Steve dancing to "It makes me want to Shout" from the movie Animal House. For those who haven't seen the movie, it probably won't be as funny - - for those who have - hysterical! Sherman and Steve were in "fine form" for this video. If you turn up you volume and watch until the end - - you will see that Steve can't quite dance like he used to - - and Sherman? Well. . .he's got it goin'!

It was a wonderful visit to Peoria. Thanks to Dan and Vickie who hosted us for two of the nights (has become our home away from home). Thanks to Gay and Ernie for such a "fun-filled" weekend with old friends. Thanks to Jim Dickerson for hosting the Sunday "Dickerson Get-together", which was GREAT to be able to see everyone in one place. Thanks to all who showed up for the short Fam Reunion! Thanks to Brooke for watching our Oz. Thanks to all for being the Family and Friends we love so dearly. Enjoy the pictures!
