The Beauty in Winter of So. California

Hi All - - Okay, I'm not going to brag, because we've had some pretty bad weather - but even when we do, there is a real beauty to Southern California in the winter time. We've been drenched with rain and many very cold days . . .but I captured these pictures during my 8 hour day at Rey Nelson Printing. We're a little upset because of the expansion of Ontario with alot of new buildings going up. This kind of ruined our PERFECT view of the Mountain. . . but I took pictures inbetween the buildings so you could understand the beauty that I'm talking about. We can see this snow covered Mountain from our backyard (Steve says we have a house with a view - - **only if you stand on your tip-toes!***Anyway, here's the pictures. I guess we've all had rough weather this year, and as Steve has said over and over and over again - - -
"I just wish we were splashing around in the pool right now. "

Rain, rain, rain - but now and then the sun would break out to create a wonderful rainbow

Cold up there (for sure!) - but we get to enjoy the view. This was taken at sunset with a beautiful pink sky and snow covered Mtns.
Another rainbow picture with those sons a bitches that built right next to us that messed up our view! (Okay, the garbage dumpster is ours! lol)
Rainy days - but quite fitting that we had the prism shining above Rey Nelson Printing - - Afterall, we print every color of the rainbow (little corney I know!)

More pink sky with those great ski Mountains above us.
Storm clouds moving out - - but the California sunset couldn't help but shine on a few
More Mtn.

Wow - - I saw this as I was going to my car and had to get out my camera.
Sky started to clear - - sun shining in the West on the storm clouds moving out.
Probably raining and snowing in higher elevations in this picture.

Wow, you get beautiful rainbows and we get "Thundersnow"! Actually, there is something pretty cool about thunder & lightning and looking out your window to see a snowstorm!
Love You Guys. Janie
